Beautiful location to stay at! We were here for Pinkpop, the location is awesome and is a great price. The staff is very hard to get a hold of if you need something though.
Unfortunately not working air conditioning when I asked to confirm it was working months before our arrival. Arrived we noted dirty toilet and dirty floor. We asked to sort those out but unable to do so. The staff tried their best to excuse for the issues. They were very apologetic but unfortunately I used my cleaning wipes to sort the toilet... not good at all!!!
The hotel looks good but the cleanliness of the room was terrible. The toilet was soiled and hadn't been cleaned , the bedroom carpet hadn't been hoovered and the room hadn't been dusted. This is unacceptable and i had to clean the toilet myself!! As they were short staffed!!
