To start, the owner is lovely. Friendly and accommodating, going out the way to help if I needed anything. I was made to feel really welcome. The rooms are lovely in terms of space and just layout. The beds and pillows are magic compared to most places, which is always a win. The location is so nice and central in Kata, just off the main road, down the road from the main beach entrance. Things are pretty quiet at the moment, so not much noise or traffic. They rent bikes for really cheap here, so before you go have a look, have a talk to them. I would definitely come back on my next trip.
It's a great place, owner is super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Locstion is perfect, right next to the night market (but not noisy!), restaurants are near,7/11shop too. It takes around 5min to walk to the beach. Room was spacious and clean (a lot of space where to put stuff), bathroom was clean. Everything was really nice. You can also rent (high quality) motorbikes to go around :)
I stayed here for a couple of days, a very nice experience. The owner was very helpful in choosing excursions, renting motorbikes and the location is very good, right next to the night market and a few minutes from Kata beach
