Kata Ocean View Residences

One of the best sea view in Kata Area! We really like our apartment, it’s was fully equipped and large, with fantastic view. Massage, restaurant and spa on the territory, 5 pools, small shop in few steps. In 5 minutes walk there is a street with restaurants and 7/11. We rented a car, so it was easy to reach the beach, walking it’s in 20 minutes, driving - 5 minutes. There are few agents who make rentals, we booked through the office and can say that staff is really very helpful and nice. Recommend!

While service is nice, hotel can’t be called as 4-star. The room was furnished with old furniture; pool is quite a little that there’s no place to swim or to rest when other guests are using it; gym is need to be paid (every condo in Bangkok has its free-access gym); No dedicated working place or conference room to work in; no restaurants so no any type of breakfast is included. And what is more ridiculous is that you need to pay for electricity for each day of staying, I’ve never seen this type of payments even in 2- or 3-star hotels! But I can admit that the facilities in bathroom was good and the view is nice. Although, beach is far and if you need to get to any store or cafe you need to walk a bit along the highway

Wonderful location. The beach is not far away and very beautiful. Depends on what Phase Building you stay in will determine your experience. My advice is stay in any Phase EXCEPT Phase 6 (Building O). As my friend called it the McDonalds of the project area. Many rooms in the building and many problems. The other phase buildings are spread out and the pools are not overused, parking is better, and the locals are not camping outside your doorsteps or using your facilities. More resort vibe. Phase 6 is more of a apartment vibe and not resort feel.
