Kata Palm Resort SHA Plus

Excellent customer service by the whole team! Arrived around 3.15pm, it was a very smooth check in...less than 5 minutes before being ushered to our room. The room is very spacious with nice pool view. Provided with sufficient amenities. Got red towel specifically for pool and beach, umbrella, some slippers as well. Quite peaceful environment. The breakfast was quite delicious and plenty of options. Really recommended!

What a fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️jungle pool resort, that bring joy to your soul making you realise the joy of life and spending moments with familly and friends. Somebody really work hard when designed this very beautiful place and from the moment you step in its smashing your feelings of being in holiday. You feel so welcome inside, people so friendly and plants and birds noises all the time its just simple beautiful. I always complain about pools but this one is way to amazing no wonder why you meet peopleinside that came to this place betwern 14 and 40 times.. Rooms are big , air condition works good showers, clean and good room service. Dont like the dull blue colour Food its simple not to many options, we had breakfast included, but when we celebrate Songkran food was very nice and tasty. Gym is just pointles it will be a better idea to make a place for kids to play. Pool on top its good plenty of sunny to tan, but the real attraction is the main pool. Its juts fantastic. Shops are just outside with a good size supermarket. There is also a travel shop inside that we were able to find the best taxi deal as we have traveled a lot. In the end highly recomended this place and for sure we will go back few more times

Do not stay at Kata Palm Resort. Our room had bedbugs, not termites as the hotel falsely claimed. This is a serious health issue. The sheets were stained with visible blood, which the staff later tried to say was “paint.” It was clearly concealed intentionally, which is both unsanitary and dishonest. When we contacted Expedia, they agreed we were entitled to a refund — but said they needed the hotel’s approval. The hotel refused. They cited a “no refund policy,” as if that should apply even when they’ve provided a room that poses a health risk. The staff apologized but took no real responsibility. Their handling of this situation was unacceptable. I would never return and I strongly warn others to stay away. There are much cleaner, safer, and more honest places to stay in the area.
