This resort is absolutely stunning – the views are breathtaking and the service is outstanding. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and peaceful at night, so we slept really well. The reception team was always ready to help with booking day trips or arranging taxis. We loved having snorkeling, stand-up paddling, and kayaking included, and spent hours enjoying them right from the hotel’s jetty. We honestly didn’t want to leave – truly a wonderful stay!
Excellent hotel, we stayed for 5 nights and had no issues at all. Food was generally good, although not all meals were great. Rooms were maintaihed to a high standard. Service from the hotel staff was first class. The sunbeds at hotel were very comfortable. We had no issues getting sunbeds, but I would imagine at peak season this may not be true. The hotel doesn't really have a beach, but you can snorkel along the sandbank- no coral but you can see some interesting marine life. Labuan Bajo was less than 10 minutes drive away. Taxis provided supplied were to a good standard. Labuan Bajo had a good range of amenities including restaurants. Good location for catching the boats to Komodo Island.
It's one of the best hotels in Labuan Bajo. Book in advance to get the best deals. For a resort of this excellent quality, the ratio quality/price is quite high. Service is very attentive. Rooms are big, clean, comfortable and the whole resort is relative new, I'd say it's in its prime time. The food in general is more expensive than in the town and in general Labuan Bajo is more expensive than in the rest of Indonesia. Expect a nasi goreng plate for 90k IDR when in another place costs around 40-50k. It's a premium nasi goreng but at the end it's just rice with vegetables and peanut dip. The breakfast is a buffet, self-service, like in most of the resort hotels. There's a lot of different kind of food and it's really awesome, high-quality food to choose. Enjoy the meal! You don't need to eat more rice again! Plenty of vegetable and meat plates 😁. It's family-friendly. 3 pools, 24hrs gym and most important, a really big kids playground. You can safely leave the kids there and enjoy elsewhere in the hotel. It's supervised by an adult until 8pm.
