The hotel rooms are stunning and private. Thoughtfully designed. The pool in the room was heated to the perfect temperature. The views are amazing. To top it all off, each and every person we came in contact with provided exceptional service. The hotel was generous in not charging extra for my daughter's breakfast. The food was excellent as was the service, with big portion sizes. The buggies were readily available for pick up and drop off. The location is great, you can walk to the heart of Katara within 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Special thanks to Fatima and Leila from the reception & guest services team❣️ I stayed at the one bedroom villa to celebrate my birthday and I’m so glad I chose Katara Hills for my special day because they did not disappoint❣️ the staff were amazing and the service was exquisite! They sent me a birthday cake and offered me a late checkout as a gold Hilton member so i’d get to enjoy my birthday more❣️ the check-in & check-out were so smooth and I loved that I can park my car right next to my villa, super convenient! Would 100% stay again! The room and the whole villa was perfect and I was shocked at how much bigger the villa is in person than how it looks in online photos! Would definitely stay again soon!

We booked the biggest room, coming 2 rooms and a private pool! We have a private celebration which the room is already booked and the reception is screaming saying we have a new policy and are requesting more 1500 Qr payment fees to let the coffee cart inside and wasnt informed previously and the reception was being extremely rude and not allowing us to speak as well . Ridiculous service and disgusting customer service as well, on top of paying for the room there is no indication showing that if we order something from outside we would need to pay and type of fees. Literally worst experience ever , even the low
