Katarino SPA Hotel

Amazing hotel. We visited for a second time and didn't leave disappointed! Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, spa and pools, perfect service and very nice hotel staff. Always polite and greeting. And the food is great too with a lot of locally produced products. Great entertainment for kids especially the horse ride. Amazing view from the room.

Amazing hotel. Perfect for kids and great for a trip in any season—summer or winter. Heated pools, saunas, and every facility you could ask for. Excellent food. Every detail in the hotel is done with love and thought for the guests. The staff is wonderful and responds quickly to any request for help. Each child receives a robe for the pool and laundry service for their clothes. The food is fresh and delicious, straight from the hotel’s farm. We loved everything and will definitely come back for a longer stay to enjoy everything the hotel and the area have to offer—especially mountain hikes and horseback riding.

A very good high end hotel. The spa is the best I’ve been, massages are elite and the staff is super trained. The place is super clean, and the heated pool is a must. Breakfast is very good, handmade cheese and ham, was a delight. Sadly the bread was not fresh during my stay. The dinner is not so good and it’s a shame, it’s almost like 2 different chefs work during the morning and the evening. Dinner was mid at best and is not suitable for a 5 star hotel. Very outdated menus, no seasoning, and my rice had a burned flavor. We had another unfortunate situation with room service, but I think it’s because of the quality of the chef.. Even paid lunch was mid, and it’s a shame, because the rest of the hotel is amazing. Desserts are absolutely amazing, best I’ve tried in hotel sensory, pastry chef is doing an amazing job. Even better than restaurants. In our next stay we will probably book breakfasts only and eat outside.
