An amazing experience. The location of the hotel is sublime, with panoramic views of the entire nile valley and the sahara at the hotel’s infinity pool. Alongside this, the customer service is 10/10, as the staff are passionate and really put in an effort to ensure you have the best time. We became friendly with the wonderful Tarek, who would sit down with us and have a chat, and showed us around the entire complex and farm, letting us taste their home grown hibiscus tea. I cannot recommend staying here enough. The real star of the show, however, came in the slightly smaller form of the hotel’s resident dog, Toufan, and his family. If you love dogs, then this hotel is perfect as the little cheeky mutt evading the staff’s wrath to get a few more minutes resting in the shade by the pool will brighten up your afternoon. The entire experience is 10/10, Tarek really becoming more of a friend than a worker to us. If you want to soak in the amazing atmosphere of the Aswan climate, there is no better place to stay than here

Great hidden gem, near a lovely village with free tuk rides up and down (not for the faint hearted) 😊. Food and drink was great the juice is fresh and the fish and meat dishes was some of the best we had. The staff was amazing all of them! There is a beach nearby you can try via the sand or via the village but it’s great to swim in the Nile. If you found on maps than you will see the remoteness of the hotel the free shuttle (on request) into the village and the walkable beach helps this but just check with tours about collecting from hotel or use the hotel to book. We booked Abu online and wasn’t an issue apart from the guide complaining when they picked us up, just check when booking. Apart from that was a highlight of the journey through Egypt 🇪🇬!

Well , we came off season when is very hot but all went well. Firstly highly suggest to take offered transport to the hotel NOT TUKTUK . It’s located in secluded area and driving mostly off road so good driver that knows the place is best ( hotel offer!) . Loved the decor and eco Nubian style. It’s not perfect but we had all we need. Restaurant service was perfect and all food we tried perfect- Nubian chicken , soup, salad set , hibiscus drink , omali etc WiFi ,,,, it’s another Egyptian story NOT related to hotel … not much it can be done so get a local sim with data and you will know the headache or perhaps better access to the world . Internet in Egypt is a disaster . Massage was nice, good enough for the price maybe small details could be improved. Had no problem with communication , we had all and too much trough booking.com and via WhatsApp after sharing my number Loved it! And hope will be back again. Outdoors with the view UNBEATABLE.
