Great service at the restaurant, they even prepared a special vegetarian meal with just a day's notice. The people working in the restaurant are extremely nice. Rooms are large and well ventilated, comfy beds, and proper sound insulation (but not complete). There were lots of children too, so family friendly.
Stayed here in our trip, family of 3. Seaview traditional room was a hits! We love it! Spacious and comfortable. Open air onsen was also so good with added shampoo bar that unique. Dinner and Breakfast served perfectly, recommended!
Overall, the hotel is in a good location (near the Nachi Waterfall) and I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner service. If you were still hungry after dinner, there are free noodles (first bowl free; chargeable after) at night. However, I would have to say that the hotel could use a refurbishment. The facilities in our room were old, including the window which affected the otherwise wonderful view of the sea. The bathroom had a smell as well. There are a number of parking lots available. When we were there, the carpark is generally quite full.
