Kaunas

Amazing hotel! Great location, nice and neat room. Wonderful service, the receptionist was very friendly upgraded our room for free and gave us good instructions about surrounding attractions. But the most astonishing part is the breakfast! Everything is so tasty and very fresh. We came 20 minutes before the end of the breakfast and they still were adding fresh food. We were traveling through multiple destinations in Lithuania and Poland with good breakfasts everywhere, however this breakfast was absolutely the best!

I love this place. I had been here twice. It's so central,everything is nearby, including all types of restaurants( pasta, steaks, burgers, pizza). The rooms are spacious with a neutral and classy design. The staff varied in age and skills, but rest assured they were all polite and trying to help. I generally just love Kaunas. Everyone is so nice, polite with good balanced manners, both men and women. They leave you alone but immediately cater to you if you ask for directions or just speak with anyone. Population is young and objectively good-looking.

-staff tried their best - Hotel was under renovation (we got informed after reserving a non refundable booking), should be mentioned upfront. Pool in the spa was completely cold. We booked the Hotel because of the spa, but we could not use it with our kids
