Kay Hotel

Honestly!! Location is amazing !! Its cheaaap and the balcony was a great touch! No regrets ! Only issue is the water! The shower dont have hot water at night and the shower head is broken! But we just needed a room so it was great!

Omg.. it’s a calamity! Do not expect what you see on the pictures!! They are probably 15 years old pics. Tiny towels, extremely embarrassing if you bring a friend. Every thing is old and dirty, stained sheets that are actually way too small and mattresses are moldy or stained.I had to ask why the safe was not working and yes they fixed it but again the lock on the patio door was broken. They came to repair. Curtains were old and barely hooked.. Forget about coffee in the morning or even water bottles.. no small face towels, seriously this place should be shut down. There is no pool and the jacuzzi on roof to is closed. Shame on the owners, they literally do not care about their guests. You will feel the need to leave immediately. Too bad because a bit of care goes a long way but this place is aweful. Unbelievable actually. The paint all over is chipping away and there is no way to get money back. I am an hotel owner and I felt seriously offended by all this misery.. so sad for such a great location.

We arrived Jan 27/2024, the hotel is quite run down. Does not look like any of the photos. We were taken to a room, and the doors did not lock. We didn’t feel safe to leave our belonging or stay in a room that can’t lock. We were shown two other rooms, both also did not lock. The pool area is condemned, apparently since 2019. There is garbage everywhere.After failing to find a room that locks. We were told to go somewhere else. We asked for our refund and were told to get it from booking. Three weeks later, the hotel is not responding to booking and i have not received my refund. DO NOT stay here. I didn’t get pictures of the room as i went back after to take pictures for booking.
