Hosts are friendly and doing good job so that you feel welcomed. Location is great. But rooms are small shabby and rather dirty. Also host cheating a bit by pretending that your card does not work on booking.com and makes you run another transaction in the hotel and also declines your online booking later.
1-Advantages : Near to Ağa sophia and Sultan Ahmet. The magical view from the terasse and rooms number 101, 201, 301 and 401. Employees are so kind. The breakfast is so good. The wifi is working good. 2- inconvinients : The hotel does not have an elevator. There is a problem in communication with the employees because they don't speak English good. The hotel is located in a steep slope so it is difficult to go up to use the tramway. The other rooms have no view, if you oppen the window you will find a wall with a smell of cigarites. The heating does not work.
The place itself is nice, beds are comfy and everything was clean. The door from the shower of my room was broken so they need to fix it. Also I booked here because it said in Expedia that we had breakfast included and they don’t even serve breakfast. It’s very near all the attractions if you’d like to walk like 9-12 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
