Kaya Great Northern Hotel London

Our wonderful weekend stay could not of gone any better. We were blown away with our rooms decor plus the view from our pillows! as we could see St Pancras's kings Cross station Spire and clock, it faced directly to our room, 324. The service was impeccable and the attention to detail was generous. The Happy Birthday chocolate and fruit platter was a super surprise, along with Prosecco, that was nicely chilled. The turn down service with bottled water and chocolates added a welcoming cosy feeling on our return. We cant express enough just how delicious the Full English Breakfast was. Each member of staff were efficient making our experience at Rails felt special. This is our second stay at the GNH and we highly recommend you stay here. The location was excellent and with great connection links.

This hotel is fantastic. Location is ideal as it’s at St Pancras and Kings Cross stations. Our room (we stayed in the same one twice) was perfect. On the 5th floor with a dormer. Very clean, quiet and nicely designed. There’s a pantry on the hall with snacks, espresso machine and tea. Staff are so helpful and friendly. We will return!

nice, clean, pretty hotel with soundproof rooms and great location. if this hotel were priced lower it would earn 5 stars. However, there are lots of smaller issues that make this hotel not worth the price especially compared to other hotels in the area. Low quality beds. No desk space to use a laptop, or even a chair...just a small bench.
