Kaya Hotel

Location is near to cafes, banks and shops. Room is big and have a nice view of tuy hoa. Breakfast is nice esp noodle soup and housekeeping staff and cafe staff friendly but they clear the tables too quickly. My room however has many ants and the bathroom lights are very dark and floor always wet. Price is low. Okay for one night stay but for long stay better to choose elsewhere.

The stair up to floors is dark because of no light and dirty too. I thought I met ghost there also. I tried to find the massage floor, but 4 times in the elevator, I got there. A maid asked me wait (9p.m I was there, for the service till 10.30 p.m), she took me to a room alone for 7 minutes. I felt goosebump so gót out bút couldn't find the way out until the maid came for me. So scary

The hotel has a beautiful location, but unfortunately the hotel's service is too poor (due to the hotel owner's policy). 4-star hotel, but entering the reception lobby does not turn on the air conditioner (for fear of wasting electricity), the room is old but importantly not clean, entering the room there is no hand soap, no landline phone, you have to call the new receptionist Bring it up, have a buffet breakfast, but if you're late, I'm sorry. There's nothing to eat. The hotel staff told the owner to buy more food for guests but was refused... Overall, it was very disappointing. It feels like such a waste for a hotel with such a beautiful location.
