I stayed at Kaya Istanbul for three weeks and it was a very pleasant experience. The accommodation was comfortable, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the food services were great – varied and tasty meals. A real highlight is the spa area. The services here are outstanding, with well-trained and attentive staff. I would especially like to mention Ms. Zübeyde, the spa manager, who is highly dedicated and attentive to every detail. Her professionalism and commitment truly shape the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere of the wellness center. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a place to fully relax with high-quality services and a dedicated team!
Turkish Airlines arranged this hotel for us when our flight was cancelled and our layover in Istanbul was extended from a few hours to an overnight stay. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and when we arrived via airport shuttle to the hotel late at night, the staff kept the restaurant open later for us so we could eat. The dinner and breakfast was very good with a variety of options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We did not have enough time to make use of any amenities, but from what I observed there are many available. Kudos to Turkish Airlines for the arrangement. I’m unsure of its location relative the Istanbul as a whole, but relative to the airport it was 45-60 min drive by bus shuttle.
I stayed at Kaya Istanbul Fair & Convention Hotel and found the experience to be mixed. The location is convenient, especially with a nearby mall within walking distance. Staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help whenever needed, which I appreciated. However, the facilities—especially the rooms—feel quite outdated and in need of renovation. I had ongoing issues with the room keys not working properly, which became frustrating over time. Considering the condition of the hotel, I wouldn’t say it offers the best value for money. Overall, it’s an okay option if you prioritize location and friendly service over modern amenities.
