Kaya Ninova Hotel

Large and modern hotel just in the city center. We appreciated the professional conciergerie ans réception always professional and friendly in answering to our requests. The breakfast on the roof with a terrace that face the whole land is awesome. The rooms are medium size and the bathrooms have a taste of old ottoman plugs. For spring travelers all the rooms are provided with mosquito nets. The car park is far but the Parkman will take your car (you don't need it in Mardin)

It is great and terrible at the same time. In the muddle of Mersin, close to all the interesting places, modern and nics hotel, good breakfast. But! If you get a room on the main road give up your wish to sleep during the night. Live music from the neighbouring restaurant till midnight. The rooms on the other side should be better…. However, Mardin is really the most beautiful city in this area, was worth visiting.

So expensive and not worth the price at all. They gave me a room under a huge machine that rests of the rooftop, it was so loud, the room was shaking. Considering the crazy price they ask for, that’s unacceptable. They moved me to another room at a lower level, but you could still hear that machine. Had to sleep with earplugs, impossible otherwise. Then there’s the unreliable internet, the shower head was rusty, the staff was like “whatever”… don’t stay there… had better stays in most of the hotels I stayed in Turkey for 1/3 of the price.
