Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort

We love the Kaya Palazzo Belek, we have been here 3 years in the row with our family. Perfect for the kids, so much fun for them with the amazing pool, kids entertainment, kids play areas. So much choice in the restaurants and food outlets. Big spacious rooms with beautiful ocean views. I personally love the fitness classes, yoga by the pool in the morning was such a tonic. Sure we will be back. Highly recommended for families.

We had a really good experience at Kaya Palazzo overall. Check-in was super quick, even though we arrived late. The staff were kind enough to serve us dinner after the buffet had closed, great first impression. Room & Cleanliness We stayed in a spacious suite on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. Some furniture felt a bit outdated or in need of repair, but the room was spotless every day and the minibar was always refilled. Pool, Beach & Activities The pool area was surprisingly calm for peak season. The downside? Sunbeds. Unless you snag one by 9 AM, good luck until at least 2 PM. A big part of the problem is the towel system, since guests can take unlimited beach towels, many would “reserve” multiple spots at both the pool and beach, then disappear. It makes it hard to know if a bed is genuinely in use or just held hostage by a towel. That aside, the beach was spotless and well maintained, and the water park was a standout. Never crowded, and perfect for anyone with the energy (and knees) to handle all the stairs. Honestly, it felt like a private playground. Food & Drinks Food gets a 4 out of 5. Tasty, but not very diverse. Lunch at the beach restaurant was the highlight. Desserts were average. Drinks, on the other hand, were top-notch great cocktails, premium alcohol, and very fast, friendly bartenders. Service The only real downside was slow and inefficient service during breakfast and dinner. Sometimes we finished eating before our drinks arrived. Self-service for drinks and cutlery would help a lot. Also, the private beach pavilions looked nice but felt overpriced for what you get. Also it would be good if the TV is the room has streaming service capability.

We had a fabulous time service is great. We had designated hotel customer assistance via WhatsApp and in person from Taha and Daria who were very helpful and responsive to all needs and reservations etc Lagoon suites are really lovely with the benefits of a exclusive restaurant. Beautiful decor and great service. Could do with rotating the menu to make it more varied for guests. The food options are generally good we went also to the main buffet too its very busy but with an extensive array of food options. Labels for ingredients could have been better as I have a dairy allergy but I did find good food options. We liked being able to sit outside we tried to avoid the smokers not always easy. Pool at the lagoon room really peaceful. We enjoyed the beach. The local area is not very appealing outside of the hotels and Belek center, Side or Antayla are quiet far away for getting out and about. We generally stayed at the hotel we enjoyed visiting Land of legends a short taxi ride away and beach buggy driving through the forest booked through Jet2 rep.
