This is a real 5-star luxury hotel. Many thanks to the hotel staff for our stay. I travel a lot around the world, and this hotel is the No. 1 in terms of hospitality, service, and caring for guests. Wherever we were - on the beach, by the pool, in the restaurant, in the room, we felt like special guests. The staff provided us with maximum comfort and a great rest, helped us in all matters. We were also delighted with the cuisine in the hotel's restaurant, spacious and clean rooms, excellent cleaning, and plenty of free sun beds on the beach and by the pool. The hotel has its own sandy beach, lots of greenery on the coastline, several areas with sun beds for comfortable accommodation, and a separate lounge area. And there is even a special path for swimmers along the entire coast. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we will come back again!

Our stay at Kaya Palazzo Bodrum was truly exceptional — so much so that we extended it by an extra night. A special thanks goes to Serhat, Emir, and Mevlüt, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From securing exclusive discounts outside the hotel to ensuring every detail was handled promptly, they — along with the rest of the team — were outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless and personal. We were welcomed with a dedicated WhatsApp group for guest relations upon arrival, which made communication easy and quick throughout our stay. The room was spacious, with beautiful views, a smart layout, and excellent sleep quality. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive. While the in-room tech could use some upgrades, everything else was on point. The beach is private, clean, and family-friendly, offering a relaxing, exclusive vibe. Although we didn’t use the pool or spa, the facilities looked premium and well-maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast and in-room dining, with pizza being a highlight. Service was fast, and presentation was clean and simple. The hotel is in a great location — close to Bodrum’s old town while still offering privacy and a luxurious atmosphere. For the level of service and experience, it’s definitely worth the price. Highly recommended — and we’ll definitely return.

I had a wonderful vocation in this hotel especially after long days in 3 previous cities. There is no all inclusive package but the surrounding area is amazing. Also the hotel is near by the old town. The hotel beach 5 stars beach since my family like to spend more time in the beach. Breakfast buffet is a little above average but delicious and the workers are amazing. Room service food was delicious. Thank you Kaya Palazzo Bodrum
