This resort is a hidden gem. Extremely great value for money. Everything we needed, great location, great food, a shuttle to drop us off locally if we needed but what makes this place shine is the amazing staff and customer service. Everyone across the resort could not have been more helpful, polite and professional doing their very best to ensure we had everything we needed. We were a group of 11 and we were all very happy with this venue .
This place was beautiful. It’s quaint but has good attention to detail. The pool is really nice and the food is excellent. Service is top notch. The rooms are beautiful, and huge. Only thing was the top floor doesn’t get a lot of AC coverage so it’s hot up there. Otherwise we loved our stay here. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained.
Firstly, this hotel will looks to you it’s a good location however, the location isn’t that near to the beach as they said. Also, the nearest market you should walk 11 minutes in very dark roads. Secondly, The staff trying to be friendly but they are not professional enough, this is the first time in my life I found a 4 star hotel who calls the room each 5 minutes for checking out! As it’s the late was from their SPA. Overall, This hotel will need some professional guidance to be better and not to told the guests that the beach is 3 minutes walk.
