Kazakhstan Hotel

Excellent choice for a stay in Almaty. The location is convenient, near some nice restaurants and the cable car. The lobby area is fancy and the hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, probably the best we had in our 3 weeks in Central Asia. We tried to book again for our return to Almaty but unfortunately had to cancel because of a change of plans due to illness. They very kindly agreed to cancel the booking with a full refund, which they did not have to do. We are very grateful for your help and will stay again when we next visit Almaty. Thank you!

A wonderful property and a perfect stay for couples/families. We were in a junior suite and stayed for 7 nights. Room was good for two people, it actually had 2 single and one double bed which can be good for a family too. The housekeeping staff visited everyday for cleaning and they were prompt with any requests. Reception desk and money exchange were both very helpful and friendly. Our stay included breakfast and I enjoyed the breakfast options. In room dining options can be improved though. The only downside I can think of is that the hotel isn’t exactly in a tourist area. If you prefer that, you can look for something on Arbat street. All in all we had a great stay and look forward to coming back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kazakhstan, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Almaty. ✅ Unbeatable Location – The hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient to reach all the major tourist attractions. ✅ Spacious Rooms – We stayed in a Junior Suite as a family of four, and it was both comfortable and well-appointed. ✅ Great Dining Options – The food at the hotel was excellent, and there are plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. 🔧 Room for Improvement – The only downside was the room service, which could be more responsive and consistent. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for tourists looking for comfort, convenience, and a central location in Almaty.
