Excellent location, easy access to main highways. 5 minutes drive to one of the best malls in Riyadh. Within walking distance to a walking track, food trucks and a restaurants and coffee shops plaza. Clean compound and well maintained aparrments. Suitable for local and foreigner families. Kease are doing great job in managing the relationship between the aparrment owners and tenants. They are very responsive to any request for maintenance Highly recommended.

I stay in their apartments regularly. I already have a favorite building. But any place has always been clean and cozy. The customer service is quick and responsive, if you need help or problems are identified, they fix them right away. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Highly recommended

The apartment condition was horrible which made me wonder if Kease is a good option anymore. The Master Bedroom's door was literally broken and could neither be closed nor locked, the kitchen's counter as well as few cabinets were broken too. The Master Bedroom's toilet seater was smaller than the size of the toilet itself which is clear that it was broken and fixed randomly. Moreover, the apartment smells like cigarettes. What made it even worse was the customer service and below are my comments: - Although the booking was made for 4 persons (To ensure having extra towels) and we were charged extra for that, there was only 1 towel. We have requested for extra towels and they were delivered next day's afternoon after a big struggle and massive communication. Actually, the customer service was telling us that I should only get one towel....seriously? Then why I was being charged extra?? Not to mention that my colleague was late for work as he could not take a shower until the towels were delivered next day in the afternoon. - The broken door was reported immediately upon checking in and they asked me about the proper time to send someone to fix it and no one ever showed up.
