Kefalonia Grand Hotel

We stayed for 5 nights and can highly recommend the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are well equipped. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the location of the hotel is ideal—just a 3-minute walk to the city center. We were even able to rent a car through a partner company. We’d be happy to come back.

Really good hotel, food excellent, very clean. Respectful staff. Brilliant location for all amenities. Let down a little bit by the bathroom, shower not working, toilet sear loose, shower doors loose if 50€ was spent these could be resolved. The balcony was small but could be overcome by removing the table and fitting a shelf onto the balcony big enough for a couple of drinks. These faults fall into insignificance and did not affect what is a really good hotel in a superior location.I would go there again

Clean hotel room. We had some problems with the air conditioning. The receptionist was supposed to call a technician but didn't follow up with us. She helped us change the settings, and that helped a little. You can hear people in the hallway from your room, which is annoying in the morning. The mattress is unfortunately hard and uncomfortable. I think the price is too high for what you get. We had a double room with a balcony, it was a small room and almost nowhere to put your luggage. Apart from that, the hotel is very well located. The breakfast is very good where you can order different dishes and coffee varieties. It doesn't cost extra. The staff is nice.
