The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a mix of Japanese and Vietnamese dishes, all served promptly with great service. Our family room was impressively spacious, featuring two bathrooms—an efficient setup for a comfortable stay. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was well-designed. The only minor drawback was some noise from outside traffic. While it didn’t wake me up, it was noticeable. That said, exhaustion helped me sleep right through it. Overall, a fantastic stay with thoughtful amenities and a well-maintained space!
I stay in Hanoi at least once a year, the Kegon for me now is home from home. The staff are excellent and really look out for you, I love catching up with them, nothing is too much for them and I look forward to seeing them again soon. The room is again now home from home, great facilities, cleaned daily by the best people, (always smiling), the hotel is a great location for work and close enough to the old quarter for a day off. Thank you so much Ms Binh and your amazing team. See you again real soon
