-Even though i stayed in the smallest room, I did feel spacious when compared with many other city hotels in japan. - the bedsheet, pillow, duvet blanket and mattress were of premium quality. - the staff had offered top level of hospitality and efficiency. -Buses to/from New Chitose Airport, and Sapporo Kokusai ski resort, stopped at the covered bus terminus right outside the hotel providing the greatest convenience. - Very rarely that the hotel has a 25m warmed swimming pool of 4 lanes and jaccuzzi in the changing room, hotel guests can use by paying 3200yen (as at Mar 2025). So glad of such facilities.

This small, cozy 4-star hotel in Japan offers an exceptional stay with its strategic location and impeccable cleanliness. The rooms, though compact, are well-designed and comfortable, perfect for both short stays and extended trips. The hotel’s proximity to key attractions and public transport makes it an ideal choice for travelers looking to explore the city with ease. The attention to cleanliness is top-notch, ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment throughout the hotel. Highly recommended for those seeking a reliable, well-located option with excellent service!

Staff is trained well; service is great. Breakfast options are also amazing: there's a breakfast buffet which seems to be the more popular option and has Western offerings as well, and a traditional Japanese breakfast, which is located near the top floor with great views overlooking the city. The latter is a quieter version, and a great experience, though the portions are smaller, more representative of the Japanese style breakfast. 8-10 minute walk from Sapporo Station; the location is convenient, even when you're dragging two luggages through the snow. Rooms are relatively spacious with room to move around and open luggages. Clean.
