Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand

My daughter and I stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo for 3 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel has an excellent location right in the center of Tokyo, making it very convenient to get around and explore the city. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable – which is not always easy to find in Tokyo. During our stay, the swimming pool was under maintenance, so we couldn't use it, but everything else more than made up for it. After we checked out, I realized I had forgotten some personal items, and when I emailed the hotel, the staff responded quickly and helped me retrieve them with great care and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality hotel with great service and a central location.

Our room was nice, large and modern. The location was fantastic. There's a great choice of restaurants with a variety of Japanese, Asian and other cuisines. We tried several and each were excellent. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic. The location allowed us to walk almost everywhere we wanted to get to. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and great shopping. The pool is only open for two months a year (July and August) which was a bit frustrating since we were there in mid June and would have liked to use it. The fitness center was small but adequate especially since I never encountered anyone else in it. Overall, good rooms, great location and great amenities; I would recommend this for both a work or family trip to Tokyo.

It was our first time in Japan and this hotel was fantastic. The location is quiet yet close to the Shinjuku train station. Our rooms were newly renovated interconnected rooms in the Main Tower which were large, comfortable, super clean and convenient for a family of 4. The beds were large and really comfortable. They provided water each day, robes and bathroom amenities and the room had a mini fridge. The staff was amazing and helpful. Most spoke English and helped us with any questions. We had breakfast included and it was spectacular and also a great value each day. There was a 24 hour 7-11 inside the hotel for anything we needed at any time. We would highly recommend this hotel especially if you are a family from USA in Tokyo for first time. Our only issue was that there were only 4 laundry machines for the whole tower that were in use all the time so washing clothes was not possible unless it was in middle of night. We hope to return to Tokyo and would definitely stay here again.
