Kelly's Landing

Great spot for a stay at Trinity! Great location as the house faces the waterfront. The house has a cozy, Victorian interior with a few options for room sizes. We had the two double bed room, which came with a dresser and en suite bathroom. The shower stall was a bit small but understandable for a historical home. The host was very accommodating of our later check in. Would recommend calling them if you plan on getting there after 7 pm, as we did. They will give you the necessary info to self check in. They serve breakfast at a different building (Eriksen Premises), about 3 minute walk from Kelly's Landing. The breakfast menu varies by the day. The service is fast and efficient at Eriksen Premises.

Food and service was excellent!! The fish and chips was very tasty and the salmon dinner was delicious! Otw out we stopped into its gift store! The employee(she was the stores manager who responsible for stores ordering) was really friendly and went over the top with any questions we had pertaining to the store/building and its fabulous history and any questions about historic Trinity!!! !!

Eriksen offers lodging in a number of buildings around Trinity. We stayed in the very small Room #4 at Kelly's Landing. The description on their website is clear that this is a small space, and it is. The double (not queen) bed nearly fills the bedroom providing just enough room to walk around it. The bed itself was quite high since it is a mattress and box spring set on an antique bedframe. Also in the room is a small night stand and half size wardrobe. The bath is shower only, functional but tight quarters again. The common room with it's shared fridge and coffee/tea availability was nice and you can meet up with other travelers there in the evening. A full hot breakfast is served in the main building a short walk away. All the usual stuff plus little extras like partridge berry preserves to put on your oatmeal.
