Great place to stay! One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Very qualified, attentive and helpful staff. Children are not allowed in that hotel, so it's very peaceful and quiet place.
We traveled here with my family for the holidays. Had a nice stay but when in the last day they stole lot of clothes from us. They didnt offer any compensation nor help. Terrible service and trip.
Very disappointed with this hotel, I will never stay here again. I had a reservation confirmed and upon arrival I was charged an additional $300 for no reason. If I didn’t pay I would be charged $800 to cancel my reservation so I was forced to pay extra. The check in was mostly self serve and the service was terrible. It took nearly 45 minutes to check in. The service here is terrible, they only care about your money and that’s all. They are not friendly AT ALL. The location is terrible and they said it’s also very unsafe. For spending $1100 for one night I am completely unsatisfied, I feel I was ripped off. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere closer to the city centre, that’s where you want to be, not here. The rooms are also not worth the price you pay, they are very simple and the beds feel very old and uncomfortable. None of the toilets flush even when there is no toilet paper being flushed. The maintenance people had to come to our room several times to unclog the toilet. We woke up with bites on our skin and there was blood on all the sheets. This hotel is full of Bedbugs, disgusting. The breakfast is not that great, the fruits were not ripe and very sour, the juices are very watered down and the hot selections looked terrible, overall it was very disappointing. Our complimentary bottle of wine had a mouldy cork as well. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door several times in the morning, well before checkout and waking us up because they were in a rush to clean our room for the next guest. The room doesn’t even have an iron, you need to pay extra for one, how ridiculous is that. Nothing in this hotel was enjoyable.
