We checked in for one night and wish to have stayed more because we enjoyed our time there a lot. The service is amazing and the rooms, pool area, restaurant are all beyond clean! There are waterslides so you really enjoy your time there, you can even walk to the beach. It’s a free public beach where you can tan and swim, the water is amazing. The food was fresh and good, it can be tastier though! but all in all for the price you pay and the full inclusive option you get it’s very decent! we would definitely go there again
We are very satisfied with hotel. Nice pools, food is good, breakfast could be better but lunch, dinner and snacks are excellent , loved the cakes 😍Fish every day for meal❤️ Beach is app 300 m away, but with huge stones so bear-foot is hard to walk, therefore advice buy shoes for water. Coffee machine on the beach, sunbads too much one to each other. Water is beautiful, warm and nice blue color. Hotel organizes events every evening and generally hotel stuff is very helpful. First night we had few complains and they sorted out. Few of receptionist speaks English, not only Russian. We definitely recommend this hotel.
The rooms are clean, bed linen is changed daily, no complaints there. – Bottled water is not provided. It is only replenished during room cleaning with 200ml bottles. It's disgraceful to save on packaging and expect guests to refill bottles at water stations. – Only one bar near the pool is operating, even though three bars were installed. The other two are abandoned and unused. Only two bartenders work there. There are no waiters at all, only table cleaners. As a result, there are always lines at the bar. – Breakfast is very poor – no scrambled eggs or sausages in the morning, which are a "must have" in every hotel. Instead, one or two staff members cook something, again resulting in long lines for food. – The coffee is instant, there is no real coffee. – Lunch offers just a few dishes: pasta and two meat options, again causing huge queues for food. I've never seen such long lines anywhere. – Sunbeds are cleared at 4 PM in one area and 6 PM in another, which is disgraceful and disrespectful to guests. – Glasses are always lacking – drinks are poured into plastic cups daily, which is awful. – The hotel does not offer any champagne. – Disposable dishes, straws, packaging, and food leftovers are scattered everywhere, and nothing is cleaned up. – The pool water is commendably good. – The waterslide only operates during specific hours, so kids won't be entertained, and parents won’t get a chance to relax. – It's clear the hotel lacks basic management. With the current staff, a better system and image could be created to serve guests more effectively and eliminate queues, while operating multiple bars. For example: the girl who serves coffee could be stationed at one of the three bars serving beer or wine and sweet drinks, which doesn’t require cocktail knowledge. That would reduce guest congestion. The same applies to food service – the same meals could be distributed across several stations to avoid lines.
