I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The services were excellent, and to top it all off, the staff were incredibly professional, respectful, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for like royalty! Every detail, from the cleanliness of the room to the prompt service, exceeded my expectations. It was a wonderfully relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommended :)

Overall it’s a fantastic stay at this hotel. Very modern and elegant. Especially the staff is the key for this hotel success, I have been to many star hotels but this hotel has personalized service in all aspects, few members of staff like Ahmed, Cynthia, saed at the all day dining restaurant they are an asset to the property.

I would like to sincerely thank Williams the doorman at the hotel entrance. He was incredibly respectful, polite, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. He not only helped with my luggage and made me feel welcomed every time I entered the hotel, but he also went above and beyond by helping me recover an item I had forgotten during my stay. His honesty, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out. He is a great representative of the hotel, and I’m very grateful for his help. Thank you!
