We stayed here in Dec 2024. I was looking through photos and remembering how much we enjoyed the stay. Hence this belated review. Loved this hotel. Surpassed expectations in so many ways. Rooms - very good, size of rooms and comfortable bed and pillows. Food - breakfast (excellent, I woke up earlier just to have more time to enjoy breakfast). Dinners we did half board some nights and they are equally good. Service - excellent. Very friendly and helpful service staff and even if we struggled a little with language, I felt they did their best with our queries or request. We went skiing at another area so can’t comment on the ski facilities. However we enjoyed the pool, spa which were well maintained. This place is great for families. Has enough luxury for adults and activities/ family fun for kids.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Let’s start with the rooms. Initially, I thought the abundance of red decor might be too much, but it ended up being perfect. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and beautifully decorated in a traditional style, with all the modern amenities you would expect from a five-star hotel. I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Breakfast was varied and delicious, served in a lovely restaurant. I visited during ski season, so I’ll share some insights about that. The hotel is conveniently located next to a beginner ski slope, from where you can take a button lift that connects you to the main ski area. Each room has its own ski locker, and there’s also a ski shop on-site where you can purchase gear. You can even get your ski passes directly from the reception. The hotel’s location isn’t ideal for those looking for a lot of nearby attractions. There are a couple of restaurants and a Spar within walking distance, but that’s about it. I highly recommend having a car, which you can park for free outside or use the underground garage for around €15-20 per day. The spa is spacious and divided into two main areas: the regular one with an outdoor pool (which was too cold to enjoy during winter) and the adults-only area. Unfortunately, when I visited the adults-only area, the outdoor pool was warmer, but there were children jumping in, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing place to enjoy their holiday.

There is no air conditioning, this is a lie to get more customers in. In June, heat was unbearable! There AC as they stated is only hot air coming over the floors. You will not find anyone in reception after 10 pm, which is shocking. لا تنغرون ما شي مكيف وحر شهر سته لا يطاق
