We had an unforgettable stay at the Kempinski Dead Sea! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully curated. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the golf car service—available anytime, anywhere on the property. They always showed up within minutes, making it easy to get around the massive resort. The hotel itself is stunning and huge, with so much variety that you honestly don’t need to leave the resort. From multiple pools and restaurants to relaxing spa experiences and scenic views of the Dead Sea—everything is top-notch. We were also pleasantly surprised with a delicious cake gifted to us for our wedding anniversary, which was such a sweet and personal touch. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a luxury escape by the Dead Sea, I strongly recommend the Kempinski. We’ll definitely be back!

If You Enjoy Heat, Dust, and Waiting Forever for Fries . This Place Is for You! We booked this hotel expecting comfort and good service, but our experience was anything but pleasant. First, the AC in our room didn’t work properly during a heat wave, no less. The duplex room we booked was poorly cleaned; the chair and sofa were old, uncomfortable, and clearly neglected. Under the sofa was filthy, with layers of dust that made it obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Even the long curtains were a nuisance, constantly hitting the glass wall and making an irritating noise. At the infinity pool, the service was shockingly slow. We waited 45 minutes for a simple plate of fries. I also ordered the green apple kale salad, which had barely any apple in it at all , quite misleading. These are just a few examples; unfortunately, the list goes on. For the price and reputation, we expected much more. We left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. We definitely won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this hotel to others.
