I had a wonderful time at Kempinski Beach Club in Dubai! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and comfortable, with soft, unobtrusive music that sets the perfect mood without being overwhelming. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pool area is spotless and well-maintained, offering a peaceful place to unwind and cool off. I was also impressed by the stunning views and the beautifully landscaped grounds — everything is so clean, green, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy great food, and take in the beauty of Dubai in a luxurious yet laid-back setting. Highly recommend!
What can I say about this amazing hotel and the restaurant inside it, I was amazed first with the great service, the staff gives you the best treatment! They are always willing to help you and make you feel very comfortable. Me and my friend went there for dinner after work and we absolutely loved everything! It’s in the beautiful hotel, on the palm area. It’s in beautiful view from palm and everything else. The food and drinks were sooo delicious! We had salad, a watermelon starter very tasteful, pasta bolognese, hamburger, tiramisu and a cheese cake, with fresh watermelon and orange juice, everything was super delicious, my favorite was the yummy pasta and tiramisu! It was a very fun and delightful night thanks to the great! I highly recommend it! Don’t miss this wonderful restaurant and the hotel if you’re in Dubai!
We went for a massage treatment as a birthday celebration getaway. The staff were excellent, and the treatment itself was great! But the lack of a dedicated massage room was somewhat unconventional. I think management should take a moment to consider the guest journey when selling this service. You arrive at the hotel, ask the receptionist where the spa is, and you’re escorted to the retail store where you meet your therapist. Then, you’re walked to a villa where two massage tables are laid out in the middle of the living room, no lighting, no music for ambiance, no spa scent. These details were clearly missing and actually make a big difference in what you anticipate when you go for a massage. For a couple’s massage, regardless of location, the tables are usually set side by side, which was not the case here. One was next to the dining table and the other next to the couch (awkward). The silence was very awkward too, broken only by the squeaking of shoes echoing through the high-ceiling room, making the whole experience even more hard to digest. We didn't know if we could even shower in that washroom or not. In any case, we changed and left for the day. In short, service and staff = excellent. The experience = poor. To be fair, when I called, the lady informed me there is no spa/sauna/Jacuzzi setup, which I agreed to proceed with because we weren't going to use them anyway. But when you say Kempinski, you don’t expect the massage treatment room itself to be missing. Overall, it was an experience, and we made the best of it, but I figured someone should hear about it, and provide this as constructive as possible. Would I come back or recommend these services with the current setup? I doubt it. Before the treatment, we went for breakfast, which was great and delicious. Now imagine going for breakfast, but the buffet has no serving cutlery, no salt or pepper on the tables, and you’re seated in front of the hostess stand while your partner sits next to the omelette station, with nothing but the noise of plates and cutlery clinking around you… That’s how the massage experience felt.
