The hotel is sitted right in front of the lake which has gorgeous view during the day. Services are impeccable and rooms are spacious, only thing I would like the hotel to improve is the opening time of the gym and SPA, 6am is too late for international travellers while we fight for jetlag.
Situated in Suzhou they have their own private lake where you can do sailing. The service is very good and the combination of Western and Asian food option is a welcome thing.
It’s disgusting!!!!! It’s second times to ran into this clean problem. The first time is in Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai and this time is Kempinski Hotel Suzhou. I strongly suggested who plans to reserve, please think twice!
