We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski The Dome in Belek. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. At the entrance, Ms. Damla gave us a warm and professional welcome, making us feel immediately at home. In the restaurant, Mr. Murat Doğan, Mr. Serkan, and Mr. Mehmet Üregen, Mr. Mehmet Karabal were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our meals — their hospitality truly made a difference. At the beach, Ms. Neslihan, Mr. Yasin, and Mr. Umut and at the pier, Mr. Murat were always ready to assist with a smile. Their friendly attitude and quick support added so much comfort to our experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special! I had a wonderful holiday with my friends at this hotel in Antalya – it truly exceeded all my expectations!
