Kempinski Hotel Xiamen

We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel Xiamen and would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Patrick for his exceptional service. Not only was he warm and professional, but he also went the extra mile by checking in with us during our stay—even on his day off. His thoughtful recommendations for our tour made our experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you as well to the entire team that was on duty during our stay. While we may not know each of your names, every staff member we encountered was incredibly professional and delivered outstanding service. We were especially touched by the beautiful birthday surprise for my mother, with a lovely cake and flowers, making the celebration even more special. The thoughtfully arranged room with a stunning lake view added to the wonderful experience. We were thoroughly satisfied about the room, breakfast buffet, lounge and the transport service—everything was excellent. Thank you so much for the special effort and for upholding the high standards of Kempinski. You truly made our stay a memorable one! ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely full lux 5 star hotel with sweet helpful staff, especially Zoe at the front desk. Bring google translate though. Restaurants are amazing as well. Pool is heated! Nice gym. I don't want to leave!!

It was a nice and decent hotel some years ago but unfortunately the maintenance has been neglected. The hotel premises are exhausted and also the service is not at Kempinski standard. As a foreigner it also is noticeable that the language barrier has actually gotten worse as English is not widely spoken with the staff. Probably this was my last time, it was in October 2024 already.
