We stayed at Kempinski Residence and Suites in Doha and we were thoroughly impressed by every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff ensured that our stay was comfortable and seamless. One of the highlights was the outstanding housekeeping service provided by Emily and Donald. They went above and beyond to keep our suite impeccably clean and well-organized, always paying attention to the smallest details. Each time they cleaned the suite we returned to a beautifully refreshed room, complete with thoughtful touches that made us feel truly cared for. Their professionalism, warm demeanor, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are remarkable. The hotel itself is luxurious, offering spacious rooms with stunning views of the Doha skyline. The amenities are top-notch, and the central location makes it convenient to explore the city. Best residence in West Bay! Spacious apartment, really good cleaning service, perfect location and above all the best attention from the staff, who is available any time for any help or need and make you really feel home. We have been living here 10 months and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Kempinski for taking care of me and my family so nicely. I will always recommend this place❤️

My children always have a lovely experience at the hotel’s play area. The space is always clean, safe, and well-maintained, with a good variety of activities to keep children engaged. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff responsible for the play area - Geraldine - she is very friendly, attentive, and genuinely great with kids and everyone . Her warm attitude made all the difference. Highly recommended for families!
