Just one night, nice hotel, friendly and accommodating owner. Nice single room, living room and lovely dining area and breakfast too. Because of the very hot and humid weather, my single bedroom was hot in the day but needn't have worried as I slept well once temperature had dropped in the evening and with the window open. I'd fully recommend this hotel and were accommodating and bike friendly after I'd done a charity bike ride to Blackpool yesterday. Nice experience and I'd use again in the future. Lovely owner and hotel.

2nd visit to see the wonderful josie within a year...she was just as lovely as the 1st time.. I stayed with my girlfriend Carol in room 3 ground floor..the room was spotless clean, as was the entire property. Breakfast was hot and freshly prepared with great care..she clearly has a passion for her business and I personally wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool..a very well deserved 5 star score...I'd score 6 out of 5 if I could... I'll be back..xx

1 night stay, room was ok however a little dusty and damp on the ceiling. The main issue with the room was the horrendous noise from the toilet!, it was unbearable, everytime you flushed the toilet, put the tap or the shower it was start. Furthermore the rooms above were could hear water contently running through the pipes in the walls, again not relaxing we actually left earlier than the check out time just get out of the room and go home to get some sleep. Also we returned after an evening out and the key code failed to open the door, we think this due to the door being locked from the inside, it was nothing to do with the code being put in incorrectly. This led to further frustration as we had to wake the owner to open the door; but we just wanted to get in to bed. No parking as advertised. The closest carpark cost £18 for 24 hours. No welcome information in the room and when we arrived we had quickly been given a code for the door and breakfast times. It would be nice to have these in the room to read, rather than trying to remember everything being said as soon as you arrive. On the website it shows a lounge area, it seems this is longer available for guests as the door to the room was shut. We'll not be returning.
