The gym has no air, it's a terrible thing! Imagine going to train with the heat here in Dubai and that the air does not serve and it has been like this for many days, it is almost impossible to train!
Lots of ongoing problems in this building ! No AC in the communal areas and lifts . Temperature is 32 degrees in the corridors . Consistently getting told the AC is broken however this has been ongoing for months . No sunbeds by the pool since March . What are owners paying there service charges for ?? Nothing is getting resolved or fixed . Temperature is unhealthy for summer and the corridors were freezing in the winter . Make that make sense ?? Sounds like managment company just don’t want to pay the DEWA bill
