Kennedy Towers Marina Heights

We stayed here for our vacation last October the building is beautiful and the apartment was lovely and spacious except the pool was out of service at the time. The gym is great and the VIEW!! To die for! The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the people at the reception! They aren’t so friendly or helpful. Our flight landed in the morning and we had to sit in the lobby to wait for checking in to the apartment.

What a great location...guys you must try it.....no regrets to spend money .....nice gym.....perfect swimming pools...great services

I have been living here since March. The position of the building is top notch, the gym is one of the best I have ever seen, and the staff at the reception and parking are very friendly and helpful. I would give 4 or 5 stars. But unfortunately, I hope you never get in the situation where you need maintenance in your apartment. Their service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. They take one week to provide you a quotation for a repair, they take another week to register the payment, and they are absolutely not straightforward with you regarding the work that needs to be done. Zero transparency and zero care given to their residents. It’s a pity.
