Kennedy Towers Rimal 3

My friends and I stayed here (Rimal 3, ground floor apartment) for 3N/4D in October 2017. I give this 2 out of 5 stars: 1 star for being flexible with check in and check out times 1/2 star for size of the apartment and that it had a kitchen with basic utensils, crockery, glassware, etc. 1/2 for location (loads of restaurants & shops around) Issues: - no staff member was available for us talk to during our ENTIRE stay. We tried multiple times over those 3 days to contact them but to no avail. So in case you have a late check-in etc, pls be aware of this since you may be on your own in case of any issues. This is a RISK. - the WiFi was slow, and importantly, accessible only in the living/dining area (Note: for video chat, only Skype is allowed in UAE, and using VPN for personal purposes isn't allowed) - the handle of the main door from the inside of the apartment was broken; it had to be fixed back and pulled at a certain angle to open the door - even though they were aware of the number of people checking in, there were not enough hand and body towels (thankfully, we had packed some with us) - the dishwasher had dirty dishes when we checked-in (we didn't open it again) - the A/C was ok in the hall area but not cool in a couple of bedrooms; also, there are no fans (ceiling or pedestal) - we were not aware that this was a ground floor apartment, since from the pictures, we thought we'd have a good view of the sea
