Kensington Court

stayed at Kensington Court Hotel for 12 days and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable. A special thanks to Jenna and Tito for their warm smiles, professionalism, and dedication — they truly made my stay outstanding. Highly recommended!

Hotel located in a really good location. Earls Court Tube station is a few minutes walk away. The staff were really lovely and so helpful - always welcoming! . The rooms were spotless and the beds were really comfortable and the room had air conditioning. I took 1 star away for the breakfast- the little pastries were fine, coffee okay, however the hot food selection did not look appetising & wasn't. Frankfurters is an odd choice, scrambled, boiled & poached eggs were not great. I would stay again

Many things to like: Good location, large rooms, good breakfast, really helpful and courteous reception and breakfast staff... But unfortunately, my shower hose wasn't working and even though I reported it, first I was told maintenance was very busy. When I left the room around noon, I was assured it would be checked, but maintenance did not even go in the room (the hose was as I left it). There was a rain shower as well, so I survived, but this was the glitch in an otherwise perfect stay.
