We asked for an apartment room to fit three people and we got a sofa bed and a double, but it's fair enough because we didn't specify that we wanted beds for three separate people. We were there for a night out and it did the job beautifully. Spacious, clean, secure, friendly, very reasonable price for Kensington, kitchen, cooking utensils/glassware, dining table, 5 minutes walk from the tube and shops/restaurant, everything you could want from an overnight apartment. Didn't test out their services as we were pretty self sufficient with all the amenities they provided. Would definitely book with them again.

We spent 4 nights during October midterm with our three children and found this accommodation very good. The location was super, less than 5 minutes from a tube and plenty of attractions within walking distance too such as the Natural History Museum and the V&A Museum. The room was clean and cosy, facility to make tea/coffee plus microwave and fridge. Two double beds and an old but manageable shower en suite. The room was cleaned daily and beds fresh every evening which was super after busy days. The guys running the place were polite and helpful. I'd recommend and stay again myself.

I have been staying here for around 2 weeks now. It feels a little in need of redecoration and even the bed linen is showing its age. There is minimal space for food storage in the kitchen area but the fridge is big enough. A lack of a light above the bathroom mirror (a tied off cable indicates this might once have been intended) makes it difficult to see your face clearly in it (backlit by the ceiling lights your face is in shadow). I found this irritating after a few days. Otherwise it's a pleasant place, friendly staff reasonable location. Not too expensive for the area. The busy road in front can be tricky to cross. Use the pedestrian crossing 50 yards down if arriving on foot with luggage. Also you will almost certainly need to go 2 doors down to number 4 Knaresborough place to check in, my booking info wasn't so clear on this.
