I don’t understand where the negative reviews are coming from. We spent a 7-day holiday at Hotel Kent at the beginning of July with our 3-year-old child, and everything was great. Our room (Classic) was clean and cozy. No mold in the bathroom or anything like that. The hotel is in a nice location, just a short walk from the beach. Street parking was available for €3/day with a local parking card (except for the weekend, we had no trouble finding a spot). We had all-inclusive – breakfast was slightly above average (both sweet and savory options), and lunch and dinner were excellent (each day you could choose from 3 starters and 3 main courses). There wasn’t a single dish I didn’t enjoy – the pasta in particular was amazing. I especially want to highlight the receptionist Mary, who brightened our day every time with her positive attitude. Even though we didn’t have a common language, she was always 100% helpful and used Google Translate to fulfill all our wishes. We even found a special connection to our home country, the Czech Republic, and at the end of the holiday, Mary gave us a beautiful souvenir because of that. Huge thanks to everyone! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Don’t stay here. Worst experience we have ever experienced in a hotel. Owner (younger lady) attacked us at check out saving we didn’t pay the “extra fee” she was actually upset Expedia had contact her after our check in survey when we checked off slow and unexpected charges. There were unexpected fees for a 4star hotel. Pool towel 3€ per day , and trying to charge for parking for our complete stay instead of the days we actually had a car. Plus some other charges they could explain because we didn’t speak Italian. BYW Not a problem paying local , taxes.

Made a booking for our family and cancelled it in time because of negative travel advise caused by Covid 19. Hotel Kent took the total ammount for the stay from my credit card, while Booking.com confirmed the cancellation was without any penalty. Communication is terrible , they promised me multiple times to pay me back, but after 5 months I still have not received a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!
