Kentucky Castle Hotel

My first experience at the Kentucky Castle Spa was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, making sure every detail of my visit was perfect. The atmosphere is stunning—peaceful, elegant, and unlike anywhere else, with the beauty of the castle adding an extra touch of magic. My treatment was exceptional, leaving me refreshed and completely at ease. The spa itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and truly feels like an escape. I left feeling pampered and already looking forward to my next visit.

I can say more than a plus 5 star experience! The food was a plus 5 delicious plate of heaven. We do not have anything like this where i'm from (Wisconsin). It was definitely worth adding into our meal plans on our trip! If I ever get back to Kentucky, I'd definitely go here again. Interested in seeing how the hotel would be so probably will need to keep this on the bucket list! The grounds & outside pictures we got were breathtaking. Thank you for the experience!

My family and I just had breakfast at Castle Farm to celebrate a belated Mother's Day. Because we were a large party, we were seated in the bar area. While it is a nice room, it is not comparable to the other light filled gorgeous dining areas. Our server was not very attentive, and behaved as if his attractiveness should be enough to earn his tip. Of course 20% gratuity was automatically applied since we were a party of 9. Perhaps, in that case, he did not feel the need to put in the work to earn a 20% tip. FYI, servers should be more than pretty faces, especially in an "upscale environment". Servers were coming in and out, preparing cappuccinos, which made it difficult to have good conversation, at times. It felt as though we were seated next to a serving station. We were tucked away, and hidden from the real elegance that the restaurant has to offer. The food is touted as "farm to table", however, everyone at the table agreed that the food was only so-so...not worth the prices being charged. I read a previous review stating the same conditions about being seated next to the bar. The manager replied, assuring the reviewer that they would reconsider seating people in the room. That was a month ago.
