Kenzi Basma Hotel

Hotel was very nice. We ordered room service multiple times throughout our stay and Abid was amazing and so kind. We asked for specific things with our pasta and he ensured that each night it came perfectly. He also would talk to us whenever he saw us around the hotel and really made our experience!

A wonderful experience from start to finish! My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—just what you need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of my stay. Everything was fresh, varied, and delicious. From freshly baked pastries to hot dishes, fresh fruit, and good coffee—there was something for everyone. You can tell that a lot of care and attention is paid to the quality and presentation of the food. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Adil. What a friendly and professional man! He was always there to help, genuinely cared about the guests, and ensured that everything went smoothly and pleasantly. His hospitality really made all the difference. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. The room was damp, with visible fungus, dirty towels, no amenities, a broken TV, and a sticky, filthy remote. Not suitable for anyone with allergies or asthma. I booked a suite with a view but got none at all. The place is dusty, the balcony had cigarette butts, and the walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned or painted in years. Staff were more focused on finding excuses than offering solutions, even suggesting I pay extra for an ambassador suite, which was also smelly. Absolutely not 4-star quality, especially for the price. The only positive was that the staff were friendly.
