Very nice hotel. I always come to this hotel since 2010. Staff are very friendly and professional. A special thanks to Khaled from the swimming pool. Just a minor detail. Inside the room there are some dents on the walls and on the furniture. For the rest everything was perfect!
Been a client of this hotel for more than 5 years, has been the best experience ever. The stay here has been amazing, the staff is excellent, but the two highlights were the coach and the dj who created the perfect atmosphere , whether it was during the evening events, by the pool or the lounge, they knew how to read the crowd and set the vibes. Absolutely top notch , ive felt so welcomed and cared for. Big thanks to mouad and jimmy, yall made my stay unforgettable !
We got upgraded to a premium suite, which was a pleasant surprise! The resort itself was very spacious and well kept. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was very large and refreshing and there were many other activities we were able to participate in. We played some table tennis, regular tennis and a small game of football. Breakfast was good, though there is a small sense of quantity over quality in my opinion. I couldn't figure out what some things were because there were a ton of ingredients to choose from. The staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding, no complaints there! :) There are a few things worth pointing out: For some reason you have to pay a deposit of 300dhr just to get some towels for both the outdoor and indoor swimming pool. We ended up walking back to our rooms and using the ones from the bathroom because we didn't have any cash at hand. I don't really see the point in paying such a large deposit unless there has been a lot of theft lately. The indoor swimming area was only available if you reserved a spot, which isn't terrible, however they would only accept around a few people at a time. This meant we couldn't swim indoors because the pool was fully booked for the day. The restaurants, of which there were three, seemed very nice, but only opened at 19:30, which is a bit on the late side for me personally. Overall, a very pleasant, luxurious experience!
