We had such a great stay here! They really thought of everything. We had several great meals; lunch by the lovely pool, a nice dinner and a breakfast buffet. The rooms were great, the staff was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this place. Perfect for early morning flights as this is located near the airport.
The bad reviews are almost from years ago, I read some reviews to understand why this nice hotel got that bad impression. I think the hotel at the moment already had extensive renovations, it's very nice looking, the rooms are clean, the service is very good, staff are friendly and helpful now. We really enjoy our stay.
Truly exceptional service and outstanding hospitality—from the security guard to the porter, the receptionist, and the waiter. A thoroughly pleasant experience and an oasis where you can truly feel at ease. High standards, good food (best to opt for Moroccan dishes), a quiet property, and a secure, guarded parking lot. The negative reviews here refer to the hotel before its renovation and can be disregarded.
