Kenzi Tower Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Kenzi Hotel in Casablanca. I would like to thank the staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and professional attitude. Their hospitality really made my stay special. One moment that truly touched me was when I came back to my room after housekeeping had cleaned it. Since they knew I have a gluten sensitivity, I was surprised and very happy to find some gluten-free products beautifully arranged on the table. It was such a thoughtful gesture that showed how much they care about their guests and pay attention to details. Besides that, the room was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and attention to every little detail. Definitely a place I would love to come back to!

Great location, service and nice staff. Mohammed at the reception and Ali at the concierge were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are so clean and had city and ocean view. Book it without being hesitant. Fantastic 5 stars hotel.

Incredible hotel we stayed here twice during our stay in Morocco. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable but the best part of our trip was the staff! I left a bag of items I’d purchased downstairs 5 min later staff came to my room and said they noticed I’d left it. During our second stay the staff behind the desk remembered us from last weekend and upgraded our room. You just don’t get that kind of service these days! Highly recommend Kenzie Hotel when we visit again this is the only hotel we’ll book!
