It was great. When you buy a coffee from the airport it is already too expensive... You can enjoy your time in the lounge and drink free cold and hot drinks. Enjoy your free popcorn... And the room was so comfortable. 2 hours sleep will be enough for you to get the strenght for the next travel. Thanks a lot
I’ve used this lounge multiple times, and unfortunately, the quality has been deteriorating with each visit. My most recent experience was the final straw. First off, the staff member assisting inside the male rooms kept circling around guests asking for tips. In a premium lounge setting, this is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. After I politely declined, he began making odd and rude comments in Turkish each time he passed me. It felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. When I asked for a towel, I was handed a tiny one and told there were no large towels available. I found this baffling, especially since I paid for the full service and expected basic amenities like shower towels to be provided. Upstairs, there was soup available but no bowls, just flimsy paper cups. When we asked about this, the same staff member dismissively said, “just help yourself.” The lack of proper customer service and care was not appreciated. To make things worse, the bed provided had a sheet that didn’t even fit the mattress at all. It kept coming off, making it difficult to rest properly. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others seeking a proper premium lounge. The two stars are only for the helpful and friendly ladies at the reception.
I have used the Kepler cabins many times during my frequent layovers in Istanbul, and it’s a fantastic service. Very convenient and well-priced, always very clean and comfortable. However, during one of my usual layovers in Istanbul, on the morning of August 6th at around 7 a.m., I went to the desk to purchase a one-hour stay since I hadn’t booked online as I usually do. The attendant on duty denied me access, telling me that the minimum stay between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. is 3 hours. This is absurd, considering I have used the service early in the morning on other occasions. Having no alternative, I left. I find the behavior of the desk attendant that morning to be absurd, as it is not written anywhere that the minimum stay is 3 hours during that time frame, and especially since I have personally used the service on other occasions from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. or from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.
