Kerasus Resort Hotel

Addressing Sevil Çelik and Wartex. I was in Kerasus many years ago and it was such a wonderful hotel with a unique natural beauty in Çeşme. I wrote the name of the hotel to come to Çeşme again this year to see if it was as beautiful again. I learned that the owner rented the business to others. But again, it's owner-operated. And I'm sure it was as magnificently beautiful as it was years ago. I read these disturbing articles. And I know it doesn't reflect current reality. Just like in the old days, it will be the most special family hotel with the most naturally beautiful bay in Çeşme.

First of all, the understanding of quality and service is different for everyone. We knew Kerasus Hotel 8 years ago and heard that it had changed hands. This year, when we learned that the owner of the hotel was in charge again, we went without hesitation to spend our holiday. There are renovations in certain parts of the hotel and they are done without disturbing anyone, at least we did not feel any discomfort. We were very pleased with the breakfast and meals. I think the sea in Çeşme is the most beautiful sea you will visit, especially if you are a family with children. We spent 3 days and we became like family with the employees during these 3 days. Friendliness is very important and there may be shortcomings as everywhere. However, I think these shortcomings can be tolerated as long as there are friendly and solution-oriented employees. Don't make such a mistake, the food and the room are not good, the sea and the pool are not bad, but there is no pier in the sea, there is no slide in the pool as in the photo, the spa, the Turkish bath, the gym are all lies, the air conditioning is useless, we couldn't sleep because of the mosquitoes and the heat, we sat in the lobby until the morning, and the room we stayed in looked like they committed a murder, the balcony door handle was bloody, the pillow was bloody, we were planning to stay for 4 days, what did we know, we stayed for 1 day, we only got our money for 2 days, we should give our money for 1 day as alms, it's like we went to pay the price, not on vacation.
